We finally submitted our getting started book “Introduction to Spatial Data Analysis”.

Everything a newby needs to know when interested to start working with spatial data raster and vector files as well as in-situ data collection using a GPS. Additionally creating field work maps and fancy maps for presentation is covered as well. All that is done using the OpenSource software QGIS.

On top of QGIS we explain how to redo the QGIS analysis using R on the command line. More details soon once we received the proofs.
